Dubai, UAE — Azizi Developments has announced the launch of Azizi Jaddaf Beach Oasis, a new residential project in Al Jaddaf, marking the developer’s continued expansion into centrally located districts positioned between Dubai Creek and the city’s established commercial core.

The development introduces a mid-rise, resort-inspired residential format to an area that has increasingly attracted attention from investors and end users seeking connectivity to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Healthcare City, and Dubai International Airport.

The launch comes as Al Jaddaf evolves from a primarily hospitality and waterfront-adjacent district into a mixed-use residential corridor with growing freehold supply.

Group CEO Farhad Azizi said the project reflects the company’s focus on “well-located, lifestyle-focused communities” that respond to evolving buyer preferences. The development’s design centers on a crystal-clear, beach-style swimming pool as its visual anchor, complemented by adult and children’s pools, separate gyms, a cinema hall, indoor play areas, and a multipurpose hall.
