Dubai, UAE — Expo City Dubai has appointed Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) as the main contractor for Sidr Residences, a premium residential project that continues the city’s evolution into a sustainable, smart urban hub. Scheduled for completion in 2027, Sidr Residences will deliver a blend of architectural innovation and sustainable living at the heart of Dubai’s future city.
The development comprises three interconnected towers — two rising 15 floors and one 13 floors — featuring 421 apartments, lofts, and townhouses ranging from one- to four-bedroom units. The project joins Expo City Dubai’s growing residential portfolio that includes Expo Valley, Mangrove Residences, Sky Residences, and Al Waha Residences.
