Aldar Launches Rise by Athlon Apartment Community Dubai With Twin JV

Aldar today announced the launch of Rise by Athlon, an apartment community in Dubai.

Dubai, UAE – Aldar, in partnership with Dubai Holding, has announced the launch of Rise by Athlon apartment community Dubai, a new residential development offering over 1,200 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed around wellbeing, fitness, and connected living.

Wellness-Oriented Design and Amenities

Rise by Athlon apartment community Dubai comprises eight uniquely themed buildings overlooking a central park and integrates movement-first masterplan principles. The residences emphasize space and functionality, responding to demand for lifestyle-centred homes.
