Dubai, UAE – Azizi Developments has renewed its partnership with Finpower Aircon L.L.C, a UAE-based HVAC solutions provider, to supply advanced cooling systems across all of its projects in the country.
Under the agreement, Finpower Aircon will continue to deliver Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), designed to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in Azizi’s residential and mixed-use developments.
Founded in 2012, Finpower Aircon has established itself as a key player in the UAE’s HVAC sector, with systems built for durability and reduced power consumption.

Strategic role of HVAC solutions in Azizi Milan
The extended collaboration comes as Azizi accelerates work on Azizi Milan, a master-planned community valued at more than AED 75 billion. Covering 40 million sq. ft. in gross floor area, the development is one of the UAE’s largest mixed-use projects.

Planned to house 144,000 residents, Azizi Milan will feature 800 hotel keys, retail districts, offices, and lifestyle amenities. The community is designed with sustainability at its core, including rooftop gardens, landscaped podiums, energy-efficient building practices, and canal-front living.
The development also integrates fashion-inspired pedestrian streets, luxury boutiques, fine dining, and entertainment venues, aiming to create a hub for culture and commerce in Dubai.
Expanding footprint in Dubai real estate
Azizi Milan is strategically located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), with direct connectivity to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the northern emirates. The site will also benefit from proximity to a future Blue Line metro station, improving accessibility.
The project follows the developer’s recent large-scale communities, Riviera in Mohammed Bin Rashid City and Azizi Venice in Dubai South, with Azizi serving as master developer overseeing infrastructure.
