Dubai, UAE – Azizi Developments has confirmed that construction of Azizi Creek Views III Dubai Healthcare City development has reached 41%, keeping the project on track for delivery in Q3 2026.
Structural works are now complete, while blockwork and internal plastering are at 81% and 35% respectively. Tiling stands at 2%, MEP works at 42%, HVAC at 44%, elevator installations at 1%, and overall finishes at 19%. A total of 481 personnel are currently on site.
