Dubai, UAE — BEYOND Developments has launched Kanyon, a new AED 1.5 billion residential tower and the latest addition to the design-focused masterplan reshaping Dubai Maritime City. The development, described as a sculptural landmark shaped by light, movement and nature, marks the second major tower within what the company calls the region’s first “Forest District by the Sea.”
The launch of Kanyon residences at Dubai Maritime City comes as the area continues its transition into one of Dubai’s most distinctive mixed-use waterfront zones, offering proximity to Port Rashid, Mina Rashid Marina and road links to Downtown Dubai.
Design Language Inspired by “Green Canyon” Concept
The tower’s architecture draws inspiration from a “Green Canyon,” featuring a cascading vertical forest spine that rises along the structure. The façade curves inward and outward to reflect shifting daylight, while the planted layers soften the building’s lines and anchor it to the surrounding landscape.

Each home is oriented to maximise natural light and offer wide views of Downtown Dubai’s skyline, the World Islands, Port Rashid and the planned forested district below. The project will feature 411 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, scheduled for delivery in Q2 2029.
