Azizi Grand Construction Hits 57% in Dubai Sports City

Azizi Grand Dubai Sports City construction reaches 57% completion

DUBAI, UAE – Azizi Developments announced that construction at Azizi Grand Dubai Sports City has reached 57%, with the 431-unit residential project on track for completion in the first quarter of 2026.

The structure is nearly finalized at 99%, while blockwork and internal plastering stand at 92% and 88% respectively. Tiling is at 25%, with HVAC and MEP works at 48% and 47%. Elevator installation is progressing at 10%, façade works at 4%, and swimming pool development at 15%. Overall finishes are at 43%, supported by a workforce of 782 currently deployed on-site.

Project Features

Azizi Grand Dubai Sports City will include 431 homes ranging from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments. Residents will have access to a fully equipped gym, two swimming pools, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, and BBQ zones.

The design emphasizes wellness and luxury, with customizable open-plan kitchens, floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious balconies overlooking greenery, built-in wardrobes, modern lighting, and high-end finishes.

The project is located on Al Fay Road, offering direct access to Al Khail Road and Mohammed bin Zayed Road. Within Dubai Sports City, residents are close to sports academies, golf clubs, equestrian facilities, and stadiums. The location also connects easily to Motor City, Dubai Autodrome, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai Marina, Bluewaters, and Al Maktoum International Airport.
