Flora Shore Beachside Residences Launches on Dubai Islands

Dubai, UAE — Calgary Properties, in partnership with Flora Realty and OCTA Properties, has announced the official launch of Flora Shore Beachside Residences, a 14-storey residential development located in the heart of Dubai Islands.

The launch marks a new milestone in Dubai’s evolving coastal real estate market, blending architectural elegance, resort-style amenities, and panoramic sea views to offer an elite island lifestyle.

The signing ceremony took place at the OCTA Sales Centre, signifying a key moment for Calgary Properties as it strengthens its presence in Dubai’s competitive property market. Flora Realty will serve as the development partner, while OCTA Properties has been appointed as the exclusive sales and marketing partner.

Scheduled for handover in Q3 2027, Flora Shore Beachside Residences will feature a curated selection of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments inspired by coastal living and contemporary design.
