Mansory Residences Dubai Experience Centre Unveiled by Amaal

Dubai, UAE – Emirati real estate developer Amaal has officially launched the dedicated experience centre for Mansory Residences Dubai, the world’s first Mansory-branded residential tower, developed in partnership with the German luxury automotive design house Mansory.

The facility, located along Ras Al Khor Road within the Meydan Horizon masterplan, marks a key milestone for the AED1.8 billion ($490 million) project, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028. Rising 48 floors with a built-up area of almost 142,800 sqm, the tower is positioned as one of Dubai’s most distinctive ultra-luxury branded residences.

Landmark Sales and Engagement Hub

The centre will serve as the main hub for client engagement, media events, and unit sales. Amaal said the space features a 2.5-metre-high scale model, a fully built mock-up apartment, and an immersive VR room showcasing all unit types. Mansory cars are also displayed on site, linking the automotive brand’s design philosophy with the project’s architectural vision.

Chairman Abdulla Lahej said:

“Amaal Experience Centre embodies the very essence of what we are building with Mansory Residences. It’s more than a space to preview a home; it’s a sensory experience of the craftsmanship, individuality, and audacity that define our vision.”

He added that the centre is open for both walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments, targeting high-net-worth individuals, international buyers, and leading real estate brokers.

Branded Residences Demand on the Rise

The launch comes as Dubai experiences record demand for branded residences, with investors seeking design-led developments that combine lifestyle, exclusivity, and asset value.

Kourosh Mansory, Founder and CEO of Mansory, said:

“The launch of this experience centre marks an exciting moment for Mansory as we bring our design philosophy into a new dimension. It offers our future residents and partners an opportunity to experience, up close, the craftsmanship, individuality, and bold aesthetic that define our brand.”

Residences will feature interiors designed with Mansory, balancing bold, high-performance influences with softer, layered lighting, upholstered finishes, and precision detailing. Amenities include infinity pools, VIP lounges, a car elevator, and showroom-style parking for prized vehicles.

Strategic Value for Investors

Located near Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary and Downtown Dubai, Mansory Residences Dubai offers strong positioning for capital appreciation. The project aligns with the emirate’s broader strategy of attracting global investors seeking high-yield luxury real estate assets.

As Dubai continues to attract high-net-worth investors from Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, projects such as Mansory Residences Dubai are expected to maintain strong absorption rates.

“Together with Amaal, we are redefining what it means to live with distinction by creating homes that are as unique and expressive as the vehicles that inspired them,” Mansory added.

Apartments at Mansory Residences Dubai are now open for sale.
