RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE – Luxury furniture and interiors brand Al Huzaifa has entered the real estate sector with the launch of Soléva Beach Residences Al Marjan Island, a fully furnished AED450 million ($122.5 million) beachfront development in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project marks Al Huzaifa’s first venture under its newly established property division, Al Huzaifa Properties, and is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027.
Soléva Beach Residences will comprise 232 units, including 111 studios, 101 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments, each with private pools. Prices start at AED1.19 million, with a payment plan of 50% during construction and 50% upon handover.

The development, located on the iconic Al Marjan Island, features architecture inspired by the island’s natural curves, floor-to-ceiling glass, and expansive balconies to maximize views of the sea, beach, or park. Interiors will integrate natural stone and wood finishes, concealed storage solutions, custom furniture in neutral palettes, and premium bathrooms with rainfall showers.

Additional offerings include AI-powered concierge services, coworking lounges, valet, and seamless access to the beach and park.

In a first for the UAE, the project will also integrate an Owner’s SuperApp, enabling residents to access services, amenities, and vacation rental management instantly.
