Dubai Investments Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC, has commenced the Phase 1 delivery of Danah Bay, the highly anticipated mixed-use beachfront development located on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. This marks a significant milestone in the progress of one of the UAE’s most promising seafront communities.
Phase 1 includes the successful completion and handover readiness of 171 landside villas, comprising 143 townhouses and 3- and 4-bedroom villas. All internal and external works, service installations, and infrastructure development have been fully finalized. Additionally, 28 premium 4- and 5-bedroom landside villas have reached 100% completion, with all construction and landscaping works concluded.
Construction is also advancing steadily on the Breakwater Villas, set along prime sea-facing plots. The Villas Side cluster (8 villas) is now 91% complete, while the Hotel Side cluster (10 villas) has reached 69% completion, with internal works and finishing in progress.
Simultaneously, the Danah Bay Residential Tower, offering 143 apartments across 19 floors, is making strong vertical progress. With foundation and substructure work 75% complete, the tower is beginning to redefine the skyline of Al Marjan Island.
In tandem, external infrastructure—including landscaped areas, pedestrian walkways, and community zones—continues to take shape, enriching the overall experience of this vibrant beachfront lifestyle destination in Ras Al Khaimah.
