Danah Bay by Dubai Investments Starts Phase 1 Delivery in Ras Al Khaimah

Dubai Investments Real Estate (DIR), a subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC, has commenced the Phase 1 delivery of Danah Bay, the highly anticipated mixed-use beachfront development located on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Simultaneously, the Danah Bay Residential Tower, offering 143 apartments across 19 floors, is making strong vertical progress. With foundation and substructure work 75% complete, the tower is beginning to redefine the skyline of Al Marjan Island.
