Dubai, UAE – Svarn Development has broken ground on Sereno Residences in Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a premium residential project that is already fully sold out ahead of completion.
Located in District 11 of JVC, Sereno Residences will feature 91 apartments, including 8 studios, 74 one-bedroom units, and 9 two-bedroom homes. The development spans a cumulative plot of 28,003 sq. ft with a built-up area of 83,436 sq. ft, spread across ground plus five floors. Completion is scheduled for the final quarter of 2026.
Strong Investor Demand
Chairman Ramesh Aswani said the project has reached a major milestone with all units sold out during launch.
“At Sereno Residences, our focus is to create life spaces that are distinct in its living quality and functional advantages in a harmonious and peaceful ambience. The project’s location at JVC, a well-established community with excellent infrastructure and smooth connectivity to the key landmarks of Dubai, also adds to potential increase in RoI as Dubai’s realty continues to scale new heights,” Aswani said.
Svarn Development appointed Gamma Contracting as the key contractor and Monarch Design Engineering Consultant as the project consultant. Sales and marketing were managed by Artha Realty in collaboration with Neev Realty.
Pricing and Configuration
The initial price range for Sereno Residences started at AED 624,900 for studios measuring 382–388 sq. ft, while two-bedroom apartments were launched from AED 1.499 million for units between 1,205 and 2,099 sq. ft. Flexible payment plans were offered to meet investor needs.
