Dubai, UAE – Dubai-based Grovy Developers will unveil its latest real estate project and highlight investment opportunities at the International Real Estate and Investment Show (IREIS 2025), taking place from September 12-14 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).
The announcement comes as the UAE’s property sector continues to see robust demand. Transaction values surpassed AED 239 billion ($65 billion) in Q1 2025, while more than 200,000 Golden Visas issued in 2024 signal sustained international investor interest. Market analysts expect total real estate investments to cross AED 400 billion this year.
Smart Home Technology at Core of New Project
Grovy’s flagship project, Coral Isle by Grovy, will integrate smart home and smart building technologies, positioning it as one of Dubai’s most future-ready developments. The project will feature WiFi-connected appliances, automated climate control, predictive maintenance systems to reduce operational costs, and scalable infrastructure that allows upgrades without major retrofitting.

“Today, our customers expect convenience, energy efficiency, and integrated technology features that are going to enhance their daily lifestyle. Expanding Investor Appetite
Jalan will also deliver insights on the financial aspects of real estate investment in the UAE during IREIS 2025, where Grovy aims to connect with global investors. Visitors to Booth C42, Center Hall 5 will get a first look at the company’s Dubai Islands project, which will include detailed investment analysis, project specifications, and financing options.
“We’re looking forward to sharing our insights on investment opportunities and Grovy’s latest project – and to connecting with investors, partners, and peers at IREIS 2025,” Jalan added.
Perspective for Indian Investors
For Indian investors, Dubai’s real estate market remains particularly attractive amid volatility in domestic markets. The integration of smart building technologies adds to the long-term value proposition, ensuring competitive rental yields and premium resale potential. With Dubai Islands emerging as a lifestyle and investment hub, properties like Coral Isle provide both income-generating opportunities and portfolio diversification benefits.
