Abu Dhabi, UAE — ONE Development launched ONE Residence, its first Abu Dhabi project on Al Reem Island, following Laguna Residence in Dubai. The 31-storey AI-integrated residential tower features the world’s first fully integrated aerial mobility ecosystem, including rooftop eVTOL access, autonomous passenger operations with VIP mode, and a logistics drone port for last-mile deliveries.
The developer collaborated with Advanced Mobility Hub of Multi Level Group, powered by VertiHub platform, to deliver this future-ready infrastructure.
