Architectural Highlights
The design of the resort and residences incorporates a signature architectural gateway, inspired by the path of the sun. The visual identity blends seamlessly with Al Heerah Beach’s coastal charm while setting a new benchmark in sustainable and design-led development.
“This contract will bring one of Sharjah’s most distinctive luxury destinations to life,” said Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada. “With its exceptional architecture and beachfront setting, the Anantara Sharjah complex will elevate the emirate’s appeal to international travellers and discerning homeowners.”
Why Indian Investors Should Take Note
Indian investors have traditionally favored Dubai for its robust infrastructure and return potential, but Sharjah is fast becoming an attractive alternative. With lower entry costs, tax-free returns, and increasing premium offerings like Anantara, Sharjah presents a compelling case for Indian HNIs and NRIs looking to diversify across the UAE.
The proximity to Dubai International Airport, improving transport links, and the growing popularity of branded residences—a segment where India has shown increasing interest—makes this project worth tracking.
