Dubai, UAE – UAE developer Binghatti Holding has unveiled its latest landmark, Binghatti Skyblade in Downtown Dubai, a AED2 billion ($544 million) luxury tower positioned on Burj Khalifa Boulevard.
The international launch was celebrated in Istanbul with a gala dinner at the five-star Rixos Tersane, overlooking the Golden Horn and Bosphorus Sea. The event drew more than 2,000 investors, dignitaries, and cultural icons, with Hollywood actor Terry Crews hosting the evening.
A Bold Architectural Statement in Dubai
Binghatti Skyblade features 621 residences, including Royal Suites, studios with private jacuzzis, and two- and three-bedroom Royal units with private pools. At its crown, the tower will showcase an Infinity Sky Pool offering panoramic views of Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline.

Following the Istanbul launch, Binghatti opened a five-day sales showcase at Swissotel The Bosphorus, running until September 11. The program offers tailored consultations, personalized investment guidance, and exclusive access to pre-launch opportunities.
The developer highlighted significant investor interest from Turkey, echoing similar success in its earlier international showcases beneath the Pyramids of Giza and in El-Alamein on Egypt’s North Coast.
