Dubai, UAE – Emirati developer Amaal has opened a dedicated experience centre for the world’s first Mansory Residences in Dubai, a landmark AED 1.8 billion branded residential project created in partnership with German luxury automotive design house MANSORY.
The centre, located on Ras Al Khor Road with views of the wildlife sanctuary and Downtown Dubai, offers prospective buyers an immersive preview of the project, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028.
“Amaal Experience Centre embodies the very essence of what we are building with MANSORY Residences,” said Abdulla Lahej, Chairman of Amaal. “It’s more than a space to preview a home; it’s a sensory experience of the craftsmanship, individuality, and audacity that define our vision. As Dubai continues to lead the world’s luxury property market, we are proud to offer potential residents and investors a tangible glimpse into the future of bespoke living.”
Key Features of the Centre
The experience centre includes a 2.5-meter-high scale model of the 48-storey tower, a fully built mock-up apartment, and an immersive VR room to explore floor plans and unit types. Visitors can also examine actual materials, finishes, and design elements chosen for the residences.

Adding to the brand connection, MANSORY vehicles are on display, reinforcing the automotive design DNA that has inspired the development.
“The launch of this experience centre marks an exciting moment for MANSORY as we bring our design philosophy into a new dimension,” said Kourosh Mansory, Founder and CEO of MANSORY. “It offers our future residents and partners an opportunity to experience, up close, the craftsmanship, individuality, and bold aesthetic that define our brand.”
Rising Demand for Branded Residences
The launch comes as demand for branded and design-led real estate continues to climb. Dubai recorded 111 residential transactions above $10 million in Q1 2025 alone, with sales totaling $1.9 billion. Industry analysts say projects like Mansory Residences appeal to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) seeking exclusive lifestyle amenities with strong investment potential.
Inside the Mansory Residences
Set within the Meydan Horizon masterplan, the 142,800 sqm tower will include residences designed with Kourosh Mansory, featuring layered lighting, bold accents, and bespoke detailing. Amenities include infinity pools, VIP lounges, a car elevator, and showroom-style parking for collectors’ vehicles.

Perspective for Indian Investors
For Indian investors, Dubai’s branded residence sector offers strong opportunities amid rising global demand. Compared to Mumbai or Delhi, Dubai provides larger luxury units at competitive per-square-foot pricing, along with the advantages of zero property tax and high rental yields. Projects such as Mansory Residences also hold strong resale value, supported by international brand association and limited inventory.
