Dubai, UAE — October 7, 2025: Mashriq Elite Real Estate Development has announced the completion and handover of Floareá Residence at Arjan, its flagship residential project featuring 206 fully finished designer apartments.
The milestone strengthens the developer’s position in Dubai’s residential sector, with plans to add more than 1,200 units across upcoming projects in key city locations over the next two years.
Work on Floareá Residence began in September 2023 and handovers commenced in August 2025, marking an on-time delivery and reaffirming the company’s commitment to project reliability.

The developer’s CEO, Kamran Muhammad, said the successful handover marks the beginning of a broader expansion strategy.

“Buoyed by the growth prospects, we have a healthy pipeline of new projects on our drawing board,” Muhammad said.

Mashriq Elite’s next project, Floarea Vista, will be located in Discovery Gardens. This will be followed by Floarea Grande and Floarea Skies in Arjan and Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), respectively, while Floarea Oasis will rise within the Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC).
Additionally, the company has secured plots for Floarea Breeze at Dubai Islands, as well as future developments in Meydan District 11 and Dubai Production City (DPC).
