Dubai, UAE – Mira Developments has unveiled the world’s first Richmond Towers in Dubai, a luxury real estate project created in collaboration with iconic fashion brand John Richmond. The launch marks the British designer’s first venture into property development, following the partnership announcement in January 2025.
Six Residential Towers and Lifestyle Amenities
The project comprises six luxury residential towers and one office tower, rising eight to ten stories, along with a dedicated retail precinct.

Richmond Towers residents will have access to a full suite of five-star amenities, including gyms, a spa, valet parking, housekeeping, in-room dining, and tailored à la carte services, designed to reflect the brand’s bold, fashion-driven identity.

Brand Expansion Through Real Estate
Mira Developments has built a reputation for collaborations with global names in luxury design and lifestyle, including Bentley Home, Elie Saab, and Jacob & Co. The partnership with John Richmond underscores the developer’s strategy of fusing real estate with brand-driven experiences.
