Dubai, UAE– Knight Frank MENA’s Exclusive Project Sales division has been appointed to lead the launch of the latest phase of SHA Residences Emirates Island, the world’s first private island dedicated to healthy living and longevity.

Located on Al Jurf island, strategically positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the development offers land, air and sea connectivity, including two marinas, with a dedicated Etihad Rail connection under development.
The launch includes 51 sustainable one- to four-bedroom apartments, 19 Garden Villas, and 67 Beach and Shoreline Villas. Each residence has been designed with a focus on wellbeing, using natural materials, advanced purification systems, and dynamic lighting that supports healthier living.

Shoreline Villas will provide direct private jetty access with four to six bedrooms, while Garden Villas, surrounded by greenery, will offer five to six bedrooms and terrace pools.
