Its prime location also ensures quick access to Saadiyat’s beaches and Yas Island’s attractions such as Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, and Yas Waterworld.
Features and Amenities
Residences come fully equipped with modern conveniences, including functional kitchens, smart TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Recreational offerings include a rooftop infinity pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, and direct beach access, creating an integrated lifestyle experience.
Khaled Amer, Vice President Commercial, Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA, said:
“This launch marks a significant milestone for Millennium Hotels MEA as we expand our portfolio into branded residences. Millennium Residences Saadiyat Island is more than a place to stay, it is a lifestyle destination that captures the spirit of Abu Dhabi’s cultural and coastal appeal, while offering a new standard of comfort and flexibility for our guests.”
Strategic Expansion in UAE Branded Residences
Millennium Hotels and Resorts is the global brand of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, which owns, manages, and operates over 145 hotels across 80 global locations. In the Middle East and Africa, the group currently operates nearly 60 hotels with 15,000 keys and has 32 hotels in its development pipeline.
The move into branded residences reflects growing investor and consumer demand for properties that merge hospitality with residential living.
Opportunity for Indian Investors
For Indian investors, branded residences in Abu Dhabi present a compelling opportunity. With rental yields in prime UAE locations often outpacing traditional markets in India, properties like Millennium Residences Saadiyat Island offer the dual advantage of lifestyle appeal and investment security. The project’s cultural proximity and accessibility from India — with frequent direct flights to Abu Dhabi — further enhance its attractiveness as a second-home or rental investment.
