DUBAI, UAE – Azizi Developments announced that construction at Azizi Grand Dubai Sports City has reached 57%, with the 431-unit residential project on track for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
The structure is nearly finalized at 99%, while blockwork and internal plastering stand at 92% and 88% respectively. Tiling is at 25%, with HVAC and MEP works at 48% and 47%. Elevator installation is progressing at 10%, façade works at 4%, and swimming pool development at 15%. Overall finishes are at 43%, supported by a workforce of 782 currently deployed on-site.
