Deyaar announces Ivy and Alder, the final phase of Park Five in Dubai Production City.

Dubai, UAE – Deyaar Development PJSC has launched Ivy and Alder, the final phase of its Park Five community in Dubai Production City, adding 277 residential units designed with a focus on modern living and sustainability.

The two projects follow the earlier success of Elm, Ember, and Neem within Park Five, and are aligned with the Dubai Urban Plan 2040, which emphasizes enhancing community living and long-term urban sustainability.

“Ivy and Alder represent a significant step in our overall vision for developing Park Five as a pioneering model of community living,” said Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar. “By integrating thoughtful design with sustainable practices, we are committed to creating an environment that supports residents’ prosperity and encourages social interaction while enjoying a high quality of life.”

Distinctive Residential Options

Ivy introduces Dubai Production City’s first luxurious duplex units, designed to resemble townhouses, alongside studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and larger two- and three-bedroom duplex residences.

Alder offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, catering to diverse buyer and investor profiles. Units across both projects provide panoramic community views and are complemented by upscale interiors with a modern design approach.

“Residents will find a lifestyle that reflects their aspirations,” said Hamdan Al Kaitoob, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Deyaar. “The final phase of the project embodies our deep commitment to high quality and sustainable development. We are excited to see the positive impact this project will have on the real estate market.”

The Ivy and Alder projects at Park Five integrate lifestyle-driven amenities tailored for families and young professionals. Facilities include a modern gym and wellness centre, adult and children’s swimming pools, multiple play areas, barbecue zones, and shaded seating spaces.

Residents will also benefit from retail options integrated into the lobbies, a clubhouse, and rooftop lounges that encourage social interaction and provide serene evening spaces. Completion for the entire Park Five community, including Ivy and Alder, is scheduled for December 2027.
