Designed by Znera Space and Arkiplan, Arka Enclave offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences, including penthouses.

One-bedroom homes feature 3.1-metre floor-to-ceiling windows, European stone flooring, quartz countertops, and Siemens appliances. Two-bedroom residences extend into expansive living areas, while penthouses include spa-inspired bathrooms, jacuzzis, and large terraces with panoramic skyline views.
