Dubai, UAE – Shamal Holding has signed an agreement with Marriott International to bring EDITION branded residences and a luxury hotel to Dubai Harbour. The project, named The Dubai Beach EDITION, is scheduled for completion in 2029 and will mark the brand’s first residences in the Middle East.
Luxury Seafront Development
The development will comprise 165 EDITION residences in two, three, and four-bedroom configurations, designed to blend contemporary luxury with the coastal setting. In addition to refined interiors, residents will have access to resort-style amenities and services.
Complementing the residences, The Dubai Beach EDITION hotel will feature 185 rooms and suites, each with unobstructed sea views. The property will include multiple culinary concepts in line with EDITION’s reputation for unique dining experiences.
Situated in Dubai Harbour, the project is positioned within a premier seafront destination that integrates residences, hospitality, retail, and leisure. With direct beach access and panoramic sea views, it aims to set new benchmarks for urban waterfront living in Dubai.
Strategic Partnership
Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal Holding, said the project represents a “luxury beachfront destination” that will introduce EDITION’s first residences in the region. He noted the development reflects “the spirit of Dubai: sophisticated, cosmopolitan, and forward-looking.”
Jerome Briet, Chief Development Officer, EMEA, Marriott International, said the launch will “reimagine what modern luxury can be” while strengthening Marriott’s luxury portfolio in Dubai.
