Dubai, UAE – Emirati real estate developer Amaal has officially launched the dedicated experience centre for Mansory Residences Dubai, the world’s first Mansory-branded residential tower, developed in partnership with the German luxury automotive design house Mansory.
The facility, located along Ras Al Khor Road within the Meydan Horizon masterplan, marks a key milestone for the AED1.8 billion ($490 million) project, which is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028. Rising 48 floors with a built-up area of almost 142,800 sqm, the tower is positioned as one of Dubai’s most distinctive ultra-luxury branded residences.
Landmark Sales and Engagement Hub
The centre will serve as the main hub for client engagement, media events, and unit sales. Amaal said the space features a 2.5-metre-high scale model, a fully built mock-up apartment, and an immersive VR room showcasing all unit types. Mansory cars are also displayed on site, linking the automotive brand’s design philosophy with the project’s architectural vision.

He added that the centre is open for both walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments, targeting high-net-worth individuals, international buyers, and leading real estate brokers.
