Sobha Realty Unveils Sobha SkyParks, 109-Storey Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road

Dubai, UAE — Sobha Realty, one of the UAE’s leading luxury real estate developers, has announced the launch of Sobha SkyParks, a 109-storey architectural landmark that will rise prominently along Sheikh Zayed Road, redefining the skyline and setting new standards for ultra-luxury vertical living in Dubai.

The development — reaching approximately 450 metres in height — will be Sobha Realty’s tallest project to date, reaffirming its reputation as a global brand synonymous with innovation, craftsmanship, and design excellence.

A Landmark in Dubai’s Skyline

With 684 residences, Sobha SkyParks embodies the developer’s “Art of Detail” philosophy, combining precision craftsmanship with contemporary architectural aesthetics. The tower’s straight-line structural design and five interlinked sub-towers create a distinct visual rhythm, blending minimalist geometry with timeless elegance.

The development’s vertical structure exemplifies the concept of “vertical urbanization”, seamlessly integrating lifestyle, community, and leisure within one iconic tower.

SkyParks: A Vertical Oasis in the Sky

Among the project’s most distinctive design features are the four themed SkyParks, each spanning six stories, introducing a new dimension of elevated leisure and wellness experiences hundreds of metres above ground.

“Among Sobha SkyParks’ most distinctive features will be four themed SkyParks, each spanning six stories, an unprecedented scale of elevated leisure and wellness, offering immersive indoor and outdoor experiences elevated hundreds of meters in the sky,” Menon added.

The SkyParks are divided into themed zones:

  • Adventure Zone SkyParks – with family play areas and padel courts.
  • Active Life SkyParks – featuring fitness circuits and wellness terraces.
  • Lush Life SkyParks – offering zen gardens, glass pavilions, and reflexology paths.
  • Luxe Life SkyParks – crowning the tower at 350 metres, featuring a resort-style infinity pool and floating sun decks.

Each SkyPark will function as a “sanctuary above the city,” providing residents with a distinctive blend of recreation, relaxation, and panoramic views.

Design, Architecture, and Lifestyle

Sobha SkyParks on Sheikh Zayed Road is envisioned as a monument to modern minimalism, reflecting the brand’s design language — clean vertical lines, transparent glass façades, and expansive private balconies that open to uninterrupted views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf, and Downtown Dubai.

Inside, the residences feature refined materials, spacious layouts, and sophisticated finishes, crafted to create an atmosphere of understated luxury.

Positioned along Dubai’s main artery, the tower offers direct connectivity to DIFC, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Design District, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah, combining urban convenience with world-class exclusivity.

He added, “Crowning the tower at nearly 350 m, the Luxe Life SkyParks features an infinity pool deck and a resort-inspired terrace with floating beds, transforming leisure into an unforgettable, elevated escape.”

The project represents Sobha Realty’s signature address on Sheikh Zayed Road, embodying both its architectural ambition and its philosophy of craftsmanship-led innovation.
