Al Huzaifa Launches Soléva Beach Residences in Ras Al Khaimah

RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE – Luxury furniture and interiors brand Al Huzaifa has entered the real estate sector with the launch of Soléva Beach Residences Al Marjan Island, a fully furnished AED450 million ($122.5 million) beachfront development in Ras Al Khaimah.

The project marks Al Huzaifa’s first venture under its newly established property division, Al Huzaifa Properties, and is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027.

Soléva Beach Residences will comprise 232 units, including 111 studios, 101 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments, each with private pools. Prices start at AED1.19 million, with a payment plan of 50% during construction and 50% upon handover.

Legacy Brand Expands Into Real Estate

Al Huzaifa, established more than five decades ago, is renowned for craftsmanship and precision in interiors and furniture. Its new real estate arm extends this legacy into property development, with Soléva envisioned as a benchmark project for holistic living in the UAE.

The development, located on the iconic Al Marjan Island, features architecture inspired by the island’s natural curves, floor-to-ceiling glass, and expansive balconies to maximize views of the sea, beach, or park. Interiors will integrate natural stone and wood finishes, concealed storage solutions, custom furniture in neutral palettes, and premium bathrooms with rainfall showers.

“This project is entirely conceived, designed, and delivered in-house, giving us unparalleled control over quality, speed, and customization. It represents a new dimension to the UAE’s landscape and lifestyle, while ensuring exceptional value and strong ROI for our buyers and investors,” said Zaheer Rattonsey, Managing Partner at Al Huzaifa Properties.

Resort-Style Living With SuperApp Integration

Soléva Beach Residences will feature 50 curated amenities, including cryo cabins, thermal suites, massage rooms, saunas, a fitness studio, outdoor yoga decks, a Zen garden, and rooftop infinity pools. Additional offerings include AI-powered concierge services, coworking lounges, valet, and seamless access to the beach and park.

In a first for the UAE, the project will also integrate an Owner’s SuperApp, enabling residents to access services, amenities, and vacation rental management instantly.

For investors, particularly from India, the development offers a dual advantage: proximity to Dubai while benefiting from Ras Al Khaimah’s growing tourism and residential market. With a starting price of AED1.19 million, flexible payment plans, and high rental demand in Al Marjan Island, the project presents opportunities for both end-users and investors seeking strong returns.

Collaboration With Leading Design Firms

The project is being developed in collaboration with several design specialists: architecture by VELA, landscaping by Square M Design, lighting by Studio Lumen, and interiors by MWM Studio.
