Symbolic Developments Launches AED 150Mn Symbolic Altus in Liwan Dubai

Dubai, UAE – Symbolic Developments, the real estate division of UAE-based Speedex Group, has announced the launch of Symbolic Altus, a new AED150 million residential project in Liwan, Dubai. The development reinforces the company’s growing presence in the city’s mid-luxury real estate segment and reflects its commitment to design-led, family-focused living spaces.
