Knight Frank to Lead Sales of SHA Residences Emirates Island, a wellness-focused Private Island

SHA Residences Emirates Island, a private island community dedicated to health, longevity, and UAE wellness real estate investments.

Dubai, UAE– Knight Frank MENA’s Exclusive Project Sales division has been appointed to lead the launch of the latest phase of SHA Residences Emirates Island, the world’s first private island dedicated to healthy living and longevity.

Developed by IMKAN, the project combines private residences with seven-star hospitality and exclusive access to SHA’s globally renowned health and longevity services. Located on Al Jurf island, strategically positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the development offers land, air and sea connectivity, including two marinas, with a dedicated Etihad Rail connection under development.

The launch includes 51 sustainable one- to four-bedroom apartments, 19 Garden Villas, and 67 Beach and Shoreline Villas. Each residence has been designed with a focus on wellbeing, using natural materials, advanced purification systems, and dynamic lighting that supports healthier living.

SHA’s expansion into private residences

SHA, established in 2008 with award-winning properties in Spain and Mexico, has hosted more than 70,000 guests worldwide. Its evidence-based wellness and longevity model blends advanced medicine with natural therapies, and the Emirates Island project represents the evolution of this approach into private ownership.

Health and longevity lifestyle on Al Jurf island

Residents will have access to a full spectrum of SHA’s health and longevity services, including specialist medical practitioners, nutrition experts, and wellness chefs. Facilities will feature a Movement Pavilion, Hydrotherapy Circuit, and dedicated pavilions for healthy nutrition and mind-body wellbeing.

Shoreline Villas will provide direct private jetty access with four to six bedrooms, while Garden Villas, surrounded by greenery, will offer five to six bedrooms and terrace pools.
