The project spans a 25,000 sq. ft plot and will feature 25 one-bedroom apartments (ranging between 844–1,184 sq. ft), 21 two-bedroom units (1,343–2,273 sq. ft, some with private pools), and four three-bedroom residences (1,870–2,010 sq. ft).
