Dubai, UAE — Burj Mayfair Real Estate Brokers LLC finalized a nine-figure property transaction in Dubai Marina with BNW Developments. The deal marks the brokerage’s largest to date, involving founders Salman Ahmed and Hadis Ayoubi alongside BNW’s Ankur Agarwal and Vivek Oberoi.

The agreement centered on a prominent asset in Dubai Marina, a waterfront district that led H1 2025 transaction values at AED 25.1 billion. Dubai Marina prices rose 7.8% year-on-year through mid-2025, with a five-year CAGR of 9.8% from AED 1,050 to AED 1,680 per sq ft.
