Dubai, UAE – Barco Developers, a new entrant in the UAE property market, has launched its first residential project, Livia Residences, as part of wider plans to deliver more than 2 million square feet of community-focused housing across Dubai and other emirates.
The six-storey Livia Residences is located in Dubai South, one of the city’s fastest-growing residential and business hubs. The project includes 71 units, starting at AED 555,000, with handover expected in Q4 2027.
