Barco Developers Launches Livia Residences in Dubai South

Dubai, UAE – Barco Developers, a new entrant in the UAE property market, has launched its first residential project, Livia Residences, as part of wider plans to deliver more than 2 million square feet of community-focused housing across Dubai and other emirates.

The six-storey Livia Residences is located in Dubai South, one of the city’s fastest-growing residential and business hubs. The project includes 71 units, starting at AED 555,000, with handover expected in Q4 2027. Designed with Los Angeles-inspired architecture blended with Dubai practicality, the development emphasizes lifestyle amenities and smart home features tailored for modern residents.

Each residence at Livia features 3-metre-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fully equipped kitchens. Units are integrated with smart systems controlling lighting, curtains, and climate, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency.

The development’s more than 20 amenities are distributed across active, leisure, family, and productivity zones. These include a swimming pool, yoga deck, jogging track, golf turf, outdoor cinema, co-working spaces, children’s play areas, a pets’ corner, and Wi-Fi-enabled communal areas, all supported by 24/7 smart security systems.
